Stingray Cancellation Policy
Swim practice is held unless there is thunder and lightening (we practice in the pouring rain). In the event practice needs to be cancelled, you will receive an email by 6pm. If you do not receive an email, assume practice is on. Please do not call the club prior to 6pm as they will not know if practice is being held or not.
Cancellation of meets due to weather is done the day of the meet in most instances and often the decision is not made until 2pm. If you do not receive an email, assume the meet is on.
